Our Story
Hidden Estates is a small, private, community located in Blooming Grove Township, Pike County, Pennsylvania. Established through the Declaration of Covenants in 2002 and governed by the Hidden Estates Property Owners Association, our neighborhood was designed to preserve tranquility, natural beauty, and a high standard of residential living. Every lot owner is a member of the Association, which exists to protect the common areas, maintain our private roads and stormwater systems, and uphold the covenants that keep Hidden Estates unique and peaceful.
